FAQs
Why does it take 4 days?
Your credit only clears once the order has left our warehouse. It means we are not issuing credit against an order that never ships.
What happens if I cancel my order?
No credit is issued. Credit is only confirmed once the order is on its way, so a cancelled order does not earn any.
Can I use it with a discount code?
Yes. This is cash you have earned back rather than a discount, so it stacks on top of sale prices, bundles and codes.
Can I hold more than one credit?
Absolutely. It all sits in your digital wallet. Earn as many as you like, redeem as many as you like, and put several towards the same order. Each one carries its own expiry date.
What happens if I return something?
The credit earned on that order comes off, and on a partial refund it reduces by the same proportion.
