We provide this website, including all information, tools, and services, conditioned upon your acceptance of the terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you engage in our Service and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"), including any additional terms, conditions, and policies referenced or linked herein. These Terms apply to all users of the site, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content.

1. Eligibility

By using this site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract. Certain products, including alcohol, may only be sold to persons aged 18 or over, and we reserve the right to request proof of age and to refuse or cancel any order where this cannot be verified.

2. Availability of Offers

All Steak King offers are available exclusively online via our website (https://steak-king.co.uk) while stocks last.

3. Delivery

We deliver across mainland Great Britain (England, Wales, and Scotland) using DPD next-day courier. We are currently unable to deliver to Northern Ireland.

• Delivery is a flat rate of £7.90. Orders over £100 qualify for free delivery.
• Order before 1:30pm to be eligible for next-day delivery. Orders placed after 1:30pm will be processed for the following day.
• We deliver 7 days a week, between 10am and 6pm. Delivery dates are subject to availability—please select your preferred date at checkout. If your selected date cannot be met due to high order volumes, our customer service team will contact you.
• As our products are perishable, please ensure someone is available to receive your order or provide safe delivery instructions at checkout. Full details are set out in our [Shipping Policy].

4. Pricing

• All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
• All prices are final once an order is placed. Discounts, promotional pricing, or other price changes cannot be applied retroactively to orders that have already been placed, confirmed, or processed.
• Prices during sales or promotional periods are only valid for purchases made within the specified timeframe.
• We are unable to adjust pricing or refund the price difference on items purchased before a sale or promotion begins.

5. Order Amendments and Cancellations

Changes to orders, including amendments or cancellations, are only accepted if requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled delivery day. Orders that have already been processed or are in preparation cannot be amended or cancelled.

Please note that, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, the standard 14-day right to cancel does not apply to perishable goods (such as fresh meat and other food products). This does not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty or misdescribed goods (see Section 6).

6. Refunds, Exchanges, and Faulty Goods

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not as described, please email orders@steak-king.co.uk within 24 hours of delivery, including a photograph of the item and a description of the issue. We will investigate and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including your right to goods that are of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Full details are set out in our [Refund Policy].

7. Product Imagery and Descriptions

Product images are for reference only and are not intended to be an exact reflection of product appearance. We always aim to convey an accurate likeness to facilitate your shopping experience.

As we supply fresh, natural products, slight variations in weight, size, marbling, and appearance are normal. We reserve the right to substitute any brand or product with an alternative of equal or greater value and quality in the event the original item is unavailable, and to amend product descriptions at any time without prior notice.

8. Service of Alcohol

Where we sell alcoholic products, it is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to anyone under the age of 18 in the United Kingdom. We operate a Challenge 25 policy and reserve the right to refuse delivery where age cannot be satisfactorily verified.

9. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payments are processed securely via our third-party payment provider, Airwallex. By submitting your payment details, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method selected.

10. Accuracy of Information

We are not responsible if information made available on this site is not accurate, complete, or current. The material on this site is provided for general information only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for making decisions.

11. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our site or its content for any unlawful purpose, to solicit others to perform unlawful acts, to infringe our intellectual property rights, to submit false information, or to interfere with the security features of the site.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Steak King shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products purchased. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Steak King and its affiliates from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
