Award-Winning Debut: Steak King Wagyu Powers 'Best Overall Dish' at FU

Our wagyu made its UK debut at FUME Festival in Twickenham the past weekend! We joined Chef James Peck of Ember at the festival, Europe’s biggest BBQ bash, to showcase just how good Australian wagyu can be.

Armed with our premium Australian wagyu, Chef James turned heads (and taste buds) with his playful cheeseburger madeleines and a line‑up of dishes that demonstrated how wagyu can be both refined and downright fun. The judges clearly agreed: Ember walked away with the coveted “Best Overall Dish” award, powered by Steak King wagyu.

We couldn’t be more honoured to see our beef at the heart of the winning plate. Huge congratulations to Chef James and the Ember team. And forgive us for gloating a little – here’s proof that when you start with f**king great beef, the results speak for themselves.
